- Extent of multicultural competence integration in administrative procedures
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Level and extent of administrative experience in finance management.
- The ability to maintain open dialogue with students and staff as well as the ability to nurture an atmosphere of collegiality, inclusiveness, shared responsibility and collective accomplishment.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a larger team is necessary.
Financial/Budgetary Responsibility:
If the job requires the incumbent to have financial responsibility, please identify what type of financial responsibilities they have oversight over such as administration, authorization, reconciliation, tracking, etc. State budget oversight and the amount.
Working Conditions:
Some evenings and weekends are required.
Physical Requirements:
May need to move packages of up to fifty pounds to and from various areas in the community, including shelving units, package storage locations, and mailrooms
Direct Reports:
The Community Center Manager directly supervises up to 25 student staff and works to select, train, supervise, and assign work, in relation to the Community Center up to 90 Student Staff.
Additional Information:
This role may have reporting obligations under Title IX and Clery.

Selected candidates whose start date is 4/1/2026 or after, will not be eligible for the university FY26-27 salary/merit plan unless otherwise notified.
Salary may vary depending on qualifications, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
