Job Summary

 

SI 582 IAs will attend the weekly lecture, be responsible for grading weekly assignments, and be available to assist students with their individual assignments.

Course Details
In this section of SI 582, students will learn methods and skills involved in designing and prototyping interactive systems. The course covers the design process from the initial formulation of a design problem to creation of digital prototypes. The class structure is a mix of design activities, lectures, and design critiques of student work by peers and the instructor. The assignments and projects are individual based.

Responsibilities*

 
  • Assist in teaching courses
  • Preparing instructional materials
  • Managing Canvas site
  • Prepare, administer, and grade subjective and objective examinations and assignments
  • Lecture and lead laboratory and recitation sections.
  • May interact with students regarding course content or grades

Required Qualifications*

 
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in information technology
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or program support role, especially in higher education.
  • Must have a basic understanding of interaction design tools
  • Attends weekly lectures
  • Graduate Students are not eligible to apply for this job.
