Job Summary

 
  • Create/distribute the quarterly faculty accolades/thought leadership email
  • Assist with compiling and proofreading content for faculty digital screen
  • Assist with creating multimedia promotional assets for faculty podcast, including episode art for Acast and social media
  • Assist with other internal communications-related tasks 
  • Assist with tracking and compiling faculty achievements and special honors
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications*

 
  • Associate degree, or post high school education at an accredited university or college
  • Experience writing and copy editing for various communications and PR channels, including emails and social media 
  • Basic understanding of HTML for web design and email  
  • Proficient in Google products and tools (e.g., Google Forms, Google Sheets)  
  • Accustomed to working in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Desired Qualifications*

 
  • Experience with proofreading and strong knowledge of grammar and punctuation; knowledge of AP Style a plus
