Reporting to the Director of Programming, this role manages key aspects of Executive MBA program delivery across Ann Arbor, Los Angeles, and online formats, including leadership development, electives, and global exchange programs. Responsibilities include coordinating program logistics, monitoring budgets, and partnering with faculty, students, speakers, coaches, universities, and internal Ross teams to ensure a high-quality student experience.
This position serves as a primary contact for leadership development programming, speakers, and exchange partnerships, while also providing backup support to students and faculty when cohort managers are unavailable. The role partners with the program team to support strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, admissions events, and major program experiences such as Orientation, Electives Week, and Graduation.
This hybrid position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with an expectation of three days per week on-site. The role may require occasional domestic travel, on-call responsibilities, and work outside standard business hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain that authorization throughout employment.
