This individual will be responsible for project management under the supervision of the Principal Investigator. Tasks will include maintaining systems to facilitate study protocols and processes; cultivating relationships with new and existing community partners; refining project methods and materials on an iterative basis; supervising the Project Assistants, and manage the development and dissemination of knowledge products for both lay and academic audiences.
The Research Area Specialist Associate must be comfortable leading a team and working with diverse subject matter experts, staff, and participants. The position requires an individual who has exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills. Finally, the individual must have the initiative and flexibility to proactively identify program needs and implement solutions in a dynamic work Environment.
