A minimum of 8 years of successful, progressive experience leading a finance function within the health care industry (experience with academic health systems or affiliates preferred).
Experience with risk management in a complex, multi-hospital, and geographically dispersed clinical enterprise.
Exposure to scaling accounting processes and systems in response to hospital or health system acquisitions, partnerships, affiliations, and joint ventures.
A strong business orientation with the ability to go beyond the numbers
Helps the senior executive team identify and develop opportunities for optimizing assets and strengthening the organization's financial performance.
An ability to be highly strategic, agile, and able to handle complex business and risk issues.
