You'll bring strong situational awareness and active listening to every interaction, quickly reading the room and adapting your approach to meet the moment. Whether you're building rapport with a first-time visitor, collaborating with colleagues on a project, or navigating a sensitive conversation, your interpersonal skills and calm, steady demeanor will set the tone. You know when to engage warmly and when to shift into focused, get-it-done mode. When it comes to sensitive information, discretion is your default setting.
In this role, you won't just manage a complex schedule; you'll own it. You'll stay several steps ahead, tracking what needs to happen, when, and what comes next. You have a natural ability to quickly absorb large amounts of information, cut through the noise, and turn it into clear, organized, actionable priorities. Most importantly, you have an instinct for anticipating what your leader needs, often before they know they need it.
You approach every administrative effort with accuracy and detail. You will provide support for:
- Calendar management and day-to-day preparations
- Donor-related meetings and travel
- Internal and external communications
- Expense reconciliation
- General office needs
