Our department continues to grow and is opening a new Ophthalmology Clinic at the Troy Center for Specialty Care. We invite applications for a full-time clinical faculty position in vitreoretinal surgery and/or medical retina.

Incredible New Location in Troy, Michigan: Work in a state-of-the-art, new multi-specialty care center in Oakland County conveniently located near I-75, surrounded by popular shopping, dining, hotels, residential neighborhoods. The Ophthalmology Clinic will offer comprehensive specialty care with a focus on complex cases and advanced diagnostics. The clinic will feature 10 - 12 exam rooms (5 - 6 per ophthalmologist) with specialized imaging and testing facilities.

Position Highlights
Faculty Rank/Track: Appointment rank may be at the Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level on the clinical track depending on qualifications, career goals, and experience.
Clinical Activity: Deliver expert medical and surgical retina care at our Troy Center for Specialty Care. This full-time clinical opportunity is ideal for a fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon or medical retina specialist who is eager to help build and expand retina services in a new location within a leading academic health system.
Academic Opportunities: Participate in or lead innovative clinical research and programmatic initiatives that meet patient and institutional needs. The position also provides opportunities to collaborate with renowned colleagues in disciplines across the University of Michigan.
