The University of Michigan Department of Internal Medicine seeks candidates for a clinical track position in the Division of Infectious Diseases. The position involves both inpatient and outpatient consultative services, and candidates will be expected to participate in clinical research, medical education, and/or divisional programs that support the hospital. Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine and either board eligible or certified in Infectious Diseases. Salary and academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The ideal candidate will have an M.D. degree, postgraduate clinical training, and experience in infectious diseases. They should hold or have the ability to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the State of Michigan. Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with other clinicians. Good oral and written communication skills are essential. Evidence of clinical skill and experience teaching in a clinical and didactic setting is expected.
