Maintain space assignments, update floor plans, manage requests regarding space assignments.
Ensure correct usage and occupancy in departmental space.
Manage internal requirements regarding construction and renovation projects and provide coordination with facilities and building personnel.
Manage routine work order requests related to building maintenance.
Coordinate installation of phones, furniture, and equipment.
Support facilities responses and adherence to regulatory requirements from CAP, CLIA, TJC, AABC, and others.
Mange setup and closeout of laboratories ensuring proper safety guidelines are followed.
Manage ID badge and key requests.
Manage property disposition processes.
Coordinate utility shutdowns.
Serve as the liaison with facilities and building groups and serve as departmental point of contact for all facilities issues.
Coordinate with Pathology's purchasing group to assign and track equipment.
Complete annual space survey
Complete bi-annual equipment inventory
Analyze, compare and evaluate space and facility requests and provide recommendations to management.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
