Michigan Dining comprises nineteen on-campus cafes and markets, ten residential dining halls, a line of Blue to Go foods, the Campus Bakeshop, and the Michigan Catering unit. Position Summary:
The Learning and Development Director at Michigan Dining crafts the strategy for onboarding, trainings, and professional development programs. You will design progressive training projects, conduct strategic analyses, and collaborate with leadership and HR to address performance gaps. The Learning and Development Director oversees the implementation of several training sessions, recruits facilitators, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, as a manager, you will oversee team members, organize certifications, and contribute to the success of Michigan Dining by developing several training programs.
