Quality Analytics - Facilitates, mentors and educates Quality Improvement Methodologies, Analytics, Reporting and Lean Design. The team supports a variety of key business processes including ServiceNow, AEC, Closeout and Accreditation/Environment of Care.
Accreditation - Provides business process and regulatory oversight leadership to ensure Hospital Facilities is compliant with all authorities having jurisdiction, including The Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, and the State Fire Marshal.
Project Management Office (PMO) - Sets the standards and structure for the intake, triage, assignment, and management of HFAC - Quality project/initiative requests from concept to delivery in support of Facilities Planning & Operations. Work includes documenting/ streamlining processes, enhancing experiences, creating custom
communications, and transforming healthcare spaces to support exceptional care now and in the future.
Applications - Supports core Hospital Facilities applications, handling vendor selection, contracts, infrastructure, security, and monitoring. The team manages data integrity, access, and services like server provisioning, VPNs, and firewalls. In addition, we oversee connectivity and compliance for Facilities devices, ensuring secure, monitored operations.
Space / Information - Manages access and support for documentation, policies and procedures related to facilities spaces and files within Michigan Medicine. The team supports a variety of key business processes including Space Requests/Moves, Annual Space Surveys and Construction Project Closeout.
