LSA Advancement champions the liberal arts at the University of Michigan by creating access and opportunities for learning, engagement, and giving that will improve the world. What you'll do
Are you a master organizer with a knack for keeping leaders on track and operations running smoothly? Join us as the Executive Assistant to our Assistant Dean, where your drive and attention to detail will make a real impact!
In this fast-paced, collaborative role, you'll expertly manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle changing schedules with ease. Your proactive organization skills make you the go-to for meeting logistics, from reserving rooms to prepping materials and handling travel arrangements.
You'll communicate professionally, draft polished emails and reports, and manage confidential information with discretion. Travel and expense reports? You'll handle them with accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
Your collaborative spirit will shine as you support a positive, engaged office culture, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and jump in wherever needed to keep things running seamlessly. We'll support your growth by offering opportunities to attend campus events, participate in training, and engage in skill-building activities.
