Pharmacy Technician Associate:
- Graduation from high school or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current licensure that meets the State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician licensing requirements. This includes: A temporary pharmacy technician license (valid for 1 year and is non-renewable) or a full pharmacy technician license upon hire, or a full pharmacy technician license before the temporary license expires.
- Proficient communication, computer and basic mathematic skills.

Pharmacy Technician Intermediate:
- Graduation from high school or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Graduation from high school or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current licensure that meets the State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician licensing requirements. This includes: A temporary pharmacy technician license (valid for 1 year and is non-renewable) or a full pharmacy technician license upon hire, or a full pharmacy technician license before the temporary license expires.
- One or more years of relevant pharmacy experience.
- Proficient communication, computer and basic mathematic skills.

Pharmacy Technician Graduate:
- Graduation from high school or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eligible for licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Michigan Pharmacy or currently licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Michigan (Temporary License or Full License). If the individual is not licensed, they will be required to obtain a Temporary Pharmacy Technician License on or before the hire date (valid for 1 year and is non-renewable). The individual will then be required to obtain a Full Pharmacy Technician License within 6 months of hire into a Pharmacy Technician Associate position, or before the expiration of the Temporary Pharmacy Technician License (whichever is sooner).
