BMC2 is a collaborative consortium dedicated to improving the quality of care and outcomes in patients who undergo cardiovascular procedures across the State of Michigan. The registry will take a population health-based approach to measuring outcomes and improving quality of care for patients with heart failure. It will bring together diverse stakeholders including patients, specialists, primary care physicians, and pharmacists. 

Support for BMC2 is provided by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network as part of the BCBSM Value Partnerships Program. 

BMC2 is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to administratively support, coordinate, and implement this new registry alongside BMC2?s other registries. This role will report to the BMC2 Program Manager and will work collaboratively with core program leadership, external partners, and current members of the BMC2 team. This role will oversee the day-to-day activities as the program matures.

Leadership 

• Responsible for providing leadership and professional expertise or services through leveraging the knowledge and skills of others.

Administrative

• Provides complex calendar support to BMC2 Leadership.
• Guides tasks related to large scale meets across the state and registries within BMC2.
• Supports budget development.
• Supports contract and legal agreement updates.
• Oversees day-to-day office operations.
• Serves as the primary contact for group email communications; field inquiries and troubleshoot requests (e.g., REDCap, P4P, attendance, scheduling).
• Supports P4P preparation, scoring, and deliverable management; update annual internal deliverables table.
• Attends meetings to oversee on-site event logistics.
• Monitors expenditures and reconcile Statements of Activity (SOA).
• Procure office supplies and technology; reconcile purchasing card transactions in M-Pathways and Emburse.
• Organize professional development, team volunteer activities, and holiday events, in collaboration with management.

Event & Meeting Coordination

• Oversees the scheduling, organization, and implementation of virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, and trainings.
• Negotiate and execute contracts with event venues and vendors.
• Communicate with speakers regarding event logistics, presentations, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate CME applications for events; gather speaker information.
• Oversee travel arrangements for staff, faculty, and guests.
• Attend meetings to support on-site event logistics.
• Assist in preparation of Statements of Work (SOW) and Annual Reports for BCBSM, including attendance reporting.
• Establish partnerships with community organizations for event support.

Site Management

• Collaborate with compliance on signatures for Participation Agreements and amendments.
• Coordinate onboarding of new sites, including agreement collection and DRCF documentation.
• Oversee registry site list management (site numbers, participation, survey results, testimonials).
• Issue participation letters as needed
