Master's degree in a health sciences discipline (Public Health, Epidemiology) or a related field. At least 4 years of experience working in a research setting, including IRB submissions, participant recruitment, and data collection/management. Experience with REDCap, Qualtrics, or other survey software. Experience collecting and analyzing health data. Proficient with at least one statistical programming language (SAS, R, Python, etc.). Excellent written communication skills, including manuscript preparation and creating progress reports.
Desired qualifications: Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Experience co-authoring or leading peer-reviewed publications and/or scientific abstracts/presentations. Demonstrated experience in project management. Experience working in research in LGBTQ+ health, HIV prevention, and/or mental health research.
