Responsibilities*

 

Focus area: Spatial biology quantitative analysis.

The selected candidate will perform quantitative analysis of spatial biology data. This will include quality control, report generation, constructing visualization of the data, providing reports of the data at meetings.

Required Qualifications*

 

The selected candidate must have a PhD in a quantitative science and must also have the following qualifications:

  • R and Python coding
  • Experience with single cell and Xenium data analysis
  • Ability to explain analyses to non-quantitative scientists
  • Ability to work with other investigators in a professional research and laboratory setting
  • Ability to work independently
