Faculty in Language, Culture and the Arts, and in Social Sciences, in collaboration with the Office of Holistic Excellence (OHE), are seeking creative and energetic individuals to assist in planning a student dialogue conference on campus. During the Winter 2026 semester, student discussion leaders will commit to training sessions to learn how to facilitate issue dialogues; they will work with faculty and other campus members to develop issue questions, promote the event, and actively facilitate and moderate discussions. This position will build communication skills and the ability to research and understand policy and social issues as well as differing political positions and communication skills. Position will require roughly 20-25 hours (total) during the semester, approximately 2-4 hours per week arranged with student academic schedules and availability.
