What You'll Do

 

We are looking for an innovative Creative Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the creative workflow and resources including print and promotional materials-ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and budgeting creative projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to the marketing team. You will work closely with designers and other creative professionals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be proficient in project management software and have a solid understanding of the creative process. Have a background in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Responsibilities*

 
  • Coordinate creative projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work with vendors to order promotional materials and print materials.
  • Support designers and other creative professionals.
  • Liaise with team members to understand project requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation and track progress.
  • Provide regular updates to the marketing team.
  • Manage project budgets.
  • Help resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
  • Ensure effective communication between all project team members.
  • Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee and distribute brand assets.
  • Organize and archive print and other other marketing materials.
  • Organize and archive photography.

Required Qualifications*

 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field and 2+ years of experience as a Creative Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong project management skills; proficiency in project management software
  • Solid understanding of the creative process
  • Creative Suite background
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Salary Information:

The posting range for this position is $58,300 to 71,900. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
