The Michigan Medicine Brachial Plexus Program is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a specialized, patient and family centered team supporting individuals with complex neurological and peripheral nerve conditions across the lifespan. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an integrated clinical program that prioritizes collaboration, continuity of care, and meaningful functional outcomes within a leading academic medical center.
This position splits time between a multidisciplinary brachial plexus clinic, where the Occupational Therapist partners closely with specialty providers, and an ambulatory therapy setting that provides follow-up and ongoing care. You?ll work with both pediatric and adult patients with brachial plexus injuries, peripheral nerve disorders, and congenital conditions in a coordinated, team-based model.
Care is delivered across the full continuum, including evaluation, conservative management, surgical preparation, post-operative rehabilitation, orthotic intervention, education, and long-term functional management. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to program development, quality improvement, and educational or research initiatives.
We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative clinician who is motivated to deliver exceptional care and be part of a program focused on improving outcomes and experiences for patients and families.
